I think this article is very interesting. I was surprised to know that eating white rice increases the risk of type two diabetes,but eating brown rice reduces the risk of the disease. I almost eat white rice as the staple food.I believed that white rice is good for our health.We can choose two rices,but I think almost all people choose white rice.I want to eat brown rice as often as I can for my health.
