My opinion
When I read this article, I was shocked at the thing that eating white rice increases the risk of type two diabetes. I love white rice very much and almost I eat it everyday. I don't want to be diabetes, so I try to eat brown rice.

When I read this article, I was surprised by white rice increase the risk of diabetes. Among one week, I eat white rice for 2-7 days. So I had went ahead through the way to the diabetes. It's too dangerous. I take care of to eat not only white rice but also brown rice.
